Plain English summary: We collect only what we need to run the service. We never sell your data. You can delete your account anytime. California residents have extra rights under CCPA.
When you create an account we collect your name, email, business name, certifications (WOSB, 8(a), etc.), NAICS codes, UEI number, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers). We also collect usage data automatically (pages visited, features used, IP address, device type).
To provide and personalize the Service, process payments, send alerts you opt into, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. We use your business profile and certifications solely to tailor your experience — not for advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google (database and hosting), Anthropic (AI summaries), and SendGrid (email). We may disclose data if required by law.
Account data is retained while active and for 90 days after deletion, then permanently deleted. Billing records are kept 7 years as required by law. To request deletion email privacy@bidrise.pro.
You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email or in your notification settings. To exercise any right contact privacy@bidrise.pro.
California residents have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate data, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To submit a California privacy request email privacy@bidrise.pro with subject "California Privacy Request."
We use essential cookies (required for login) and optional analytics cookies (only with your consent via the cookie banner). We do not use advertising cookies.
The Service is for business owners 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
We use HTTPS encryption, secure secret management via Google Cloud, and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure — if you suspect a breach contact security@bidrise.pro.
Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
BidRise.pro is accessible nationwide. In addition to the California rights described in Section 6, residents of the following states have similar privacy rights under their respective state laws. We honor these rights for all users regardless of location.
Virginia (VCDPA) — Virginia residents have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data. You also have the right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@bidrise.pro.
Colorado (CPA) — Colorado residents have the right to opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising, to access their personal data, to correct inaccuracies, to delete personal data, and to obtain a copy of personal data. Contact privacy@bidrise.pro to exercise these rights.
Connecticut (CTDPA) — Connecticut residents have rights similar to those described for Virginia and Colorado above. Contact privacy@bidrise.pro to exercise any of these rights.
Texas (TDPSA) — Texas residents have the right to know what personal data we collect, to access and correct that data, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data. Contact privacy@bidrise.pro with any requests.
All other states — Regardless of your state of residence, BidRise.pro honors the following rights for all users: the right to access your data, the right to correct inaccurate data, the right to request deletion of your data, and the right to opt out of marketing communications. Contact privacy@bidrise.pro to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
Data breach notification — In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, BidRise.pro will notify you in accordance with the breach notification laws of your state of residence. All 50 states have breach notification requirements and we comply with each applicable law.
